Welcome to the Texas State Department of History Web site.

Centered in the distinctive Taylor-Murphy History Building
at the center of campus, the Department of History's
distinguished and diverse faculty offers a wide array of
courses and programs at both the undergraduate and
graduate levels. We are always looking for ways to
enhance, diversify, and improve our offerings, so please
let us know if there is anything you'd like to see us do
more of, less of, or different.
