Using cutting-edge spatial business analysis technology, the GPP analyzed and established strategic direction to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost to the Driver License Division of TxDPS.

The GPPs' long-lasting partnership with TCEQ began with a seven year statewide geo-spatial, digital closed landfill inventory. Currently, the GPP manages the processing of Texas Pollution and Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Storm Water and Pesticide permits.

The data collection project started for TxDOT was continued with TxDMV. The addition of data collection in four suburban counties and further improvements in data collection procedures allowed for an increase in the number of data records. 

The GPP designed and developed a state-of-the-art Geographic Information System (GIS) from the ground up to maximize information resources available to city personnel. 

The GPP's development and implementation of modernized data collection techniques allowed for the annual collection of over 15,000 primary data records in eight urban counties and the improvement of the accuracy and efficiency of the data.  

The GPP revitalized and further developed the BSEACD's existing GIS and integrated mapping and graphic production capabilities. Upon completion of the contract obligations, an intern from the GPP was hired by BSEACD to continue updating and developing their GIS.
