Vendors or Contractors are cautioned that only authorized Texas State individuals may sign contracts, orders, or agreements on behalf of Texas State in accordance with University Policy and Procedures (Ref: UPPS 03.04.02 “Contracting Authority to Commit the University). A contract or agreement signed by an unauthorized person is not binding on Texas State.
