The Purchasing staff has ongoing responsibility to develop, articulate, and promulgate purchasing policy and to train and provide guidance for all purchases made on behalf of Texas State. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, guidance, and information regarding basic Purchasing Guidelines as mandated by Federal, State, and University rules and regulations.
