Ascot Travel
Ascot Travel provides Texas State employees travel services that comply with state regulations and university policies. For direct billing of airfare, contact Ascot Travel and provide the travel agent with a Travel Application number. Travel applications must be received and approved in our office prior to booking/confirming any flight reservation.National Travel Systems
National Travel System provides an online booking system for Texas State employees. In order to use NTS online system, you must register a profile. Example of required fields.To direct bill your airfare, a Travel Application must be completed, signed and submitted prior to booking/confirming the flight. Your travel reservation must include your travel application number in the Miscellaneous Information Custom field and the "Invoice" must be the payment method selected. Example.
Southwest Airlines SWABIZ
Southwest Airlines, through www.swabiz.com, provides Texas State travelers the ability to 'book' flight reservations online with Texas State's travel card. Currently, through SWABIZ, Texas State does not offer direct billing.To enroll in Southwest' Rapid Reward program, log on to www.swabiz.com. From the list below, select the scenario that applies:
Login and Book Reservation
1. Log on to www.swabiz.com2. Click on "Login" in the upper right corner
3. Key in the assigned "Company ID": 99690721
4. Key in your personal Rapid Rewards number in the "Account Number" field
5. Key in your online Rapid Rewards online password

4. Enter your Name, your Rapid Rewards account number, and mailing zip code listed on your account
