01.       POLICY STATEMENTS

 

01.01  This UPPS states broad policy for the management and use of the bedrooms in the University building referred to as the Hill House.

 

02.       PROCEDURES FOR RESERVING HILL HOUSE LODGING

 

02.01  The Hill House encompasses office and meeting space for the International Office and 4 guest bedrooms with separate full bath accommodations.  These accommodations are reserved as follows.

 

a.   for visiting dignitaries as identified by Vice Presidents' offices and the President's office;

 

b.   for international students who are in need of short-term housing;

 

c.   for candidates for possible employment on the Dean/Director level or above; and

 

d.      for conducting university business. 

 

Rooms are scheduled through the International Office, Ext. 5-7966.  The International Office will notify Custodial Operations so that rooms can be cleaned.
