One of twelve Educational Administration Department principal investigators in a $406,000 funded study on Effective Border Schools.   My focus was on school-community collaboration.

Awarded $4,600 as principal investigator for a study of high attrition of women in non-traditional jobs, Durham Transportation.

Awarded $1,500 as principal investigator for a study of the compression of time in intentional organizational change efforts, Lockheed Corporation.

Awarded $25,000 by Texas Instruments for an action research project on organizational change (with Mink and Watkins).   I contributed methodological expertise.
