SUMMARY STATEMENT

            Robert Reardon is an educational researcher specializing in human resource development and continuing professional development. He has conducted a variety of studies in this area.   He specializes in informal learning and learning organizations in manufacturing and radio broadcasting, and has extensive experience with continuing professional development among engineers and health care providers. In developing this expertise, he draws on considerable experience in the field of engineering and manufacturing management, in which he has worked for numerous years.
