Gave a 90-minute talk to the 85 students enrolled in the Practicum/Internship in Educational Leadership: EDA 6387 on November 18, 2006. Topic: “History and Models of ESL and Bilingual Education in the United States and Texas” Dr. Miguel Guajardo invited me to do this presentation
