We are an organization committed to providing meaningful and relevant professional development for Central Texas teachers, and creating a support network that will encourage growth and collaboration among our Teacher Consultants. Located at Texas State University in San Marcos, we are one of 197 National Writing Project (NWP) sites, the largest professional development organization in the country. With the guidance of NWP’s teachers-teaching-teachers model, we provide opportunities for teachers to share their knowledge, expertise, and teaching practices.
