Kerrville Student Songwriter Competition

In partnership with the nationally-recognized Kerrville Folk Festival, the CTMH organizes an annual student songwriter competition. Students sign up on a first-come-first-served basis, and perform for each other and the general public. Songs are evaluated for lyrics, melody, and overall construction by industry professionals. The winner is given the opportunity to perform alongside name acts at the festival.
