Quotations: BLOCKQUOTE and Q

There are two elements designed for quotations. BLOCKQUOTE should be used for long quotes, while Q is used for short, inline quotes.

Tomatoes are legally classified as a vegetable in the United States:

Botanically speaking, tomatoes are the fruit of a vine, just as are cucumbers, squashes, beans and peas.
