1. Mr. Dewey Poteet is a staff attorney with the Texas Youth Council. He has also worked for the law firm of Aiken, Gump, Strauss, Hower & Feld and has delivered seminars and workshops in the area of public personnel administration.

2. Ms. Sheila Gladstone, attorney at law is a specialist in the area of employment law and personnel administration. She has delivered training programs in the area of human relations training and sexual harassment.

3. Dr. Howard R. Balanof is currently the William P. Hobby Professor of Public Service. He is also the Director of the William P. Hobby Center for Public Service and the Texas CPM Program.

He is also the Coordinator of the CPM Program at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.

2. Mr. Gary Coe, is a specialist in management issues and ethics. He has prepared and delivered education programs to public and private sector clients such as the Texas Department of Reabilitation Services and Motorola University. He is also a former member of the Round Rock City Council.

3. Dr. Tom Longoria, Professor of Public Administration at Texas State University. His specialty area is management of local government systems.

Track 7: Applied Projects Practicum

CPM Participants will present their preliminary project and papers to the class in a 10-15 minute presentation.
