Workplace Violence: Serving The Angry Public This program is designed for the front-line worker that is delivering services directly to the public. It is a day long program with the following objectives:
Workplace Violence: Management's Role in Prevention
Workplace Violence: Risk Assessment & Prevention Planning
TXSTQI experience in this area has demonstrated the value of external objectivity in coaching organizations through the risk assessment of current policies, procedures, facilities and training activities. Frequently, a third party is able to see and recommend adjustments with an objectivity that proves difficult to achieve from within an organization. Coaching the necessary parties in the development of a prevention plan to protect the personnel and facilities of the organization from violence is a major part of this activity. These services are delivered through interagency contract with public entities and by contract with private organizations.
