Meeting Management

TXSTQI has continued to receive requests on programs designed to improve the effectiveness of meetings. Managers continue to report over 50% of their work time is spent in meetings which consume many hours of time but produce few discernible results. The following programs have been designed to address various components of the meeting problems and they have proven very effective in both reducing the time consumed and achieving a good outcome.
