Human Resources Services

In the introduction and history of TXSTQI, one of the expectations of the institute was for it to "locate and introduce new technology to the community." The Canadian government and the University of Ottawa recently released a computerized job skills analysis program that has proven to be unique in the market place. TXSTQI acquired this program with the intention of making it available to agencies and organizations unable to afford such an investment individually.

  • Survey Program: A computerized job skills survey program using four separate inventories of specific skills required by a job, possessed by an individual or taught in any training program.
  • Comparison Program: This system allows for the comparison of jobs, individuals and training.
  • Cluster Program: This gives a clear and commanding picture of the transferability of skills from job to job.
  • Analysis Program: This program allows for the editing and importing of data from a sector of the profile data system which provides for customized reports for jobs, individuals and training.

360' Evaluation System
One of the most dysfunctional parts of personnel management in both the private and public sector is the current method of looking at employee performance and evaluating that performance in a way that is meaningful for both the employee and the organization. The TXSTQI system looks at performance evaluation from any number of perspective.
