Workshop Information

Dates:  June 1-3, 2016

Location:  Texas State University
                  Undergraduate Academic Center (UAC), room # 208

Registration:  Students - $299.00
                        Non-students - $499.00

Seats are limited.

Refunds:  Requests must be submitted in writing to the Office of Distance and Extended Learning.

Drop requests received by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2016 will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.  There are no refunds if you cancel your registration after May 20, 2016.

Cancellations:  If the workshop is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Workshop Textbook

Each workshop participant will receive a free book co-authored by Dr. Richard Barker and Dr. William Link.

On-Campus Lodging

For those staying on campus in dorm housing, you will be staying at San Marcos Hall.  The on-campus dorm rooms are a short walk to the workshop activities.  On-campus housing rates are $45/night per individual.

For those staying in the on-campus housing, please note that towels, linens and bedding are NOT provided. 

Towel & linen packages can be purchased for an additional fee of $70.00. You are certainly welcome to bring your own towels, linens and bedding.   

There will be an opportunity to purchase the on-campus housing accommodations and the optional towel/linen package during the workshop registration payment process.
