If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, Texas State University will provide a full refund.

If necessary, the University reserves the right to substitute instructors.

For participant cancellations, refunds are provided in the following way: Courses that are four or less sessions:

•   For withdrawal at least 5 working days prior to the first class session: 100% refund, less a $5. processing fee.
•   For withdrawal 2-4 days prior to the first class session: 75% refund of the full progam cost, less a $5. processing fee.
•   No refund after designated time.

•   For withdrawal at least 5 working days prior to the first class: 100% refund, less a $5. processing fee.
•   For withdrawal prior to the second class session: 75% refund of the full program cost, less a $5. processing fee.
•   No refund after the second class session.

Refunds take approximately 4 weeks to process.

In some cases such as short courses, professional development courses, workshops, seminars, conferences and special events separate refund policies will be followed.
