Adopt A Hall

Pick a residence hall and check and gather items daily, April 23 through May 11 at your convenience (during hall open hours) and deliver them to a nearby storage POD.

General Hall Collection

Help with collections from "orphan" halls. Need at least 4 volunteers per day, April 23 through May 11. We can work around your schedule. Drive around with Kim and Ivana, collect items, and deliver them to a nearby storage POD.

Sorting and Set-Up

Spend a few hours or days helping sort items in the ballroom. Daily - May 14, May 15 and May 16, 9:00am - 4:00pm. Fun in an "archeological" kind of way. Good teambuilding and bonding experience for offices and organizations.

Shopping Day

May 17, 6:00am - 12:00pm. Help with the free distribution. Need folks to take tickets, hand out bags, manage pick-up of large items, assist "shoppers", help with evaluations, and clean up.

 ADOPT-A-HALL

Staff and faculty offices are encouraged to "adopt-a-hall."  Visit the residence hall of your choice daily, bag items and take them to the nearest storage unit.  Call the Office of Community Relations to adopt-your-hall! 245-9645
