Ushers

A special thank you to staff from all divisions who served as ushers for the Fall 2011 Commencement Ceremonies.

Commencement Ushers provide directions and general information to guests as well as distribute commencement programs.

Additional ushers are needed for future ceremonies. For information on how to become a Commencement Usher, please contact Ms. Lanita Legan at lh23@txstate.edu.

Parking Lot Services

Volunteers are needed to serve as parking lot shuttle drivers for Spring 2012 Commencement.

Volunteers must...

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be employed by the University
• Have a valid Texas Driver's License
• Complete and pass the driver safety course offered by the Office of Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management.
