Ushers

A special thank you to staff from all divisions who served as ushers for the December 2012 Commencement Ceremonies.

Commencement Ushers will be stationed at different entrances of Strahan Coliseum ready to greet candidates, faculty and guests and hand out programs. Ushers will also direct guests to the restrooms, stroller check-in, concession stands and lost & found if necessary Volunteers are currently needed for Spring 2013 Commencement. Parking Lot Services

Volunteers are needed to serve as parking lot shuttle drivers for Spring 2013 Commencement.

Volunteers must...

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be employed by the University
• Have a valid Texas Driver's License
• Complete and pass the driver safety course offered by the Office of Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management.
