A new cohort of approximately 16-20 students enters the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) Program each fall. Admission to the SAHE program at Texas State University requires the submission of application materials and an in person interview.

Informational Webinar

Join us virtually! The faculty of the Student Affairs in Higher Education master's program invite you to participate in an informational webinar to learn more about the program. Topics to be covered in the webinar include: program distinctiveness, assistantship and internship opportunities, the admissions process, and professional development. There will also be a time for Questions & Answers.

Additionally, Dr. Haber-Curran and Dr. Dean conducted a webinar for the Texas Association of College & University Personnel Administrators (TACUSPA) on Pursuing a Career in Student Affairs. 

SAHE Program Open House

Are you in interested in a Career in Student Affairs? Each fall we host an open house to learn more about careers in student affairs and about the SAHE Program at Texas State. 

During the open house prospective students can:

  • learn about the field
  • connect with faculty, professionals, and current students
  • develop skills to help advance to graduate school
  • participate in an etiquette lunch.
