This year&#039;s conference theme recognizes the power in relationships for both academics and practitioners. This space will provide an opportunity for all participants to witness and highlight existing knowledge sets and discovering new ways of understanding and serving our educational settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3&gt;This year, we unite our efforts with the &lt;a href=&#034;http://manoa.hawaii.edu/hshk/&#034;&gt;University of Hawai&amp;rsquo;i-Mānoa, Hawai&amp;rsquo;inuiākea School of Hawaiian Knowledge&lt;/a&gt; to re-imagine leadership. Together, and with the support of university faculty, educators, education and community leaders, and youth partnerships, we will frame our learning within the contexts of culture, language, and development. This space will provide an opportunity for all participants to witness and take an active role in highlighting existing knowledge sets and discovering new ways of understanding and serving our educational settings.&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3&gt;Conducted at the beautiful LBJ Student Center on the Texas State University campus, this one-day conference provides practicing and aspiring school and community leaders an opportunity for nurturing, professional growth, and networking.&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3&gt;Sessions are planned and designed with the unique needs and roles of PK-12 assistant principals as well as community leaders in mind.
