| Professor of Education/Director of the Education Ph.D Program/Honorary Professor of International Studies Her research focuses on systems of learning in education and work organizations; equity and inclusion; gender; research capacity in universities in developing countries; and action inquiry in research and evaluation. She is currently co-authoring two books; one is on consulting as inquiry, and the other, a collaborative effort with Cambodian colleagues, is a collection of life histories of Cambodian women who persisted in education to graduate from universities.
