Analytical Chemistry.  My research applies chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods to environmental and biochemical problems. Current research projects involve the characterization of organic acids and organosulfur compounds in crude oil, the quantitation of base excision repair in oligonucleotides, and the determination of organoborane binding in proteins.
