Main Group Inorganic Chemistry.  The research in my laboratory is based on the synthesis and investigation of polyhedral borane anions.  In particular, we are interested in the potential application of this class of compounds to boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT), a binary cancer therapy proposed for the treatment of brain tumors and metastatic melanoma.
