What is a Featured Event?

To be considered a Featured Event your event must:

1. Be open to the public or important to a large campus audience (such as plays, recitals, Associated Student Government elections).
2. Include a picture which will accompany the listing.
3. Featured Events category is checked in event listing

Featured Events has five pages:

1. Main Page
2. Performance
3. Public Lectures
4. Exhibits
5. Sports

The following calendar event categories compose each grouping:

1.  Main Page = All Categories
2.  Performance = Theatre, Dance, Music
3.  Public Lectures = Lectures
4.  Exhibits = Visual Arts
5.  Sports = None, points to Athletics Website

Featured Events will also be posted to the university homepage for additional exposure.
