Program
The Forensic Anthropology Center at Texas State is housed within the Department of Anthropology at Texas State University - San Marcos. The department stresses a traditional four-field approach, with specializations in archaeology, cultural anthropology, linguistics, and physical anthropology.
Within the forensic anthropology concentration, we currently offer a Master's Degree specialization, but we are in the midst of expanding that to offer a Ph.D. program in forensic anthropology, anticipated within the next two years.
