PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.

ALL GROUP TRAININGS MUST BE REQUESTED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DESIRED DATE.  Allies will contact you regarding a decision to your request within 2 weeks.

*Please keep in mind that for our regularly scheduled trainings, we use the LBJ Student Center RM 3-13.1 or 3-15.1 and would require a space similar in size.  It must also be a private space.

The Texas State Allies Program Team WILL provide the Allies Placards, resources, and all of the materials necessary for the training. 

The Allies Program Team WILL NOT provide snacks/food or make any of the space or equipment reservations.   However, we highly recommend you provide some sort of snack/food for the participants due to the length of the training.

ON CAMPUS:  Please make the reservations for the room, projector, and 2 computers.

OFF CAMPUS:  Please provide full address and driving directions to and from Texas State University in the space provided below.  We also ask that you reserve the space, provide a projector, and 2 computers.
