This report is meant for any LGBTQ person or Ally who experiences harassment, discrimination, or assault. Reporting an incident allows the Allies coordinator, Heather Aidala, PsyD, Psychologist, to have statistics that can be presented to the administration in order to address LGBTQA safety needs.
You can report an incident anonymously with this online form; we cannot trace the origin of your e-mail. However, if you do want the Allies coordinator to follow up with your request for assistance, your confidentiality will be maintained. Please provide your contact information, marked with an asterisk (*), and as much information as possible about the perpetrator(s).
