Responsibilities
The teaching responsibilities for the academic year will include two courses per year. The Fields Chair in Ethics & Corporate Responsibility will be expected to advance the McCoy College’s mission, serve as a mentor for Management faculty, enhance the integration of ethics and corporate responsibility throughout the college curriculum, and promote understanding of business ethics through research, teaching, and service activities in the academic and business sectors

Qualifications
Required:
Candidates should have the appropriate qualifications for appointment as a tenured Full Professor in the Department of Management. Candidates must have a Ph.D./DBA in Management or a closely related area from an AACSB accredited university, an outstanding record of high-quality research, on-going research agenda in business ethics and/or corporate responsibility, distinguished teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, demonstrated leadership role in the community, as well as an exceptional service record.
