Texas State University-San Marcos has joined over 160 American Universities participating in the American Democracy Project for Civic Engagement. Many organizations are supporting this effort, but primary sponsors with project Web sites are the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and The New York Times During this multi-year project Texas State will identify activities that support American Democracy Project goals, participate in national project activities, and sponsor local activities. |
